Welcome to the Pele Room. Beautifully situated on the West corner of the Top Floor so you get all the amazing light from the sunset! Accommodations in the Pele Room include a King-size Pillow Top bed, hanging garment rack, dresser, oscillating remote-controlled fan, and a mini fridge. Suited for two people, or perfect for a single traveler who likes to spread out. This room is at the far end of the stairs, to the right side of the common living room area, kitchenette, and the Lohiʻau Room. Every room and common area of both Pele's Hana 'Ana and our attached Cafe displays amazing artwork for sale. All art is created by one of our local Big Island Artists, which makes it an amazing one-of-a-kind keepsake to bring home! Each room has its own electronic key entry with a personalized code, as does the door to the top floor and the check-in door to enter the building. Doors automatically lock after 30 seconds to ensure your belongings and travel keepsakes are safe while you adventure around Big Island. Our on-site cafe, Da Beans Green Café, can deliver to your room when you order online. We also have a variety of activities and guided tours available exclusively to our guests. A hybrid car is available for rent and only available to our guests! Please note; 1.) We are no longer accepting cash or using a credit card processor besides PayPal via your credit or debit card upon booking. You DO NOT need to have a PayPal account to complete the transaction, just a credit or debit card. If you are having an issue completing your payment via PayPal please contact us to complete your reservation. 2.) Most of our guests do a self-check-in if they are arriving after 4 PM. Self-check-in is very easy but it is essential that you complete your Guest Travel Information form that you are emailed within 5 minutes of booking, ESPECIALLY, for same-day booking and check-in. Without connecting to our Wi-Fi, the service outside our location is almost non-existent so you HAVE to complete your Guest Information Form before you arrive to check-in. We do not accept same-day reservations after 9 PM so your online booking and guest information form both have to be completed before 9 PM.
